The Baked Chilean Sea Bass Fillet ($135/1.5kg) was easily one of the best meats among their selections and you’ll truly be amazed at the flavours packed inside. This is a new item on their menu and is highly recommended as the meat of the fish was so smooth and glistening. Furthermore, it was made unique with the Yuzu Kosho-miso sauce that gave it an Asian twist, with a sweet aftertaste.
How can you have a Christmas feast without Turkey? Mandarin Orchard’s classic Roasted U.S. Turkey will complete your sumptuous meal with its lean, hearty festive roast.
One of their new appetising roasts includes the Roasted Iberico Pork Rack ($188/1.5-1.8kg), which will really set the mood for a night of indulgence. The pork was so mouth-watering and well seasoned with smoked paprika and pink Himalayan salt, your guests will certainly be impressed with this one of a kind festive roast.
Choose to compliment all that meat with their delightful sides like Roasted Forest Mushrooms with Herbs ($39), Roasted New Potatoes ($22) and Assorted Festive Seasonal Vegetables ($25).

An all-new Valrhona Manjari Cheese and Ginger Yule Log ($80/1kg) has been innovatively crafted and decorated with Christmas ornaments, along with many other log cakes on the menu! Back by popular demand is also their Valrhona Delicious Dulcey Yule Log ($80/1kg). Log cakes are hard to not love and are definitely worth the calories.
