Hana Restaurant @ The Forum – Hana Launches a New Menu for 2017

Hana Japanese Restaurant located at the Forum along Orchard Road has a friendly yet fancy ambiance for a meal out with your friends and family. Last year, they served up the world acclaimed flying noodles. This year, they’re going back to basics but with a twist. Check them out with us!

The cocktails here are not served in glasses like your regular cocktails.

The Science Experiment ($25) has really lived up to its name. It consists of a base drink (a mixture of lychee, lemongrass & apple) and your choice of rum/vodka. Take your pick from a colourful variety of 6 test tubes with different flavours, and mix it however you like. This is really fun idea and is recommended to share.

An apple passionfruit flavoured drink, The Dreamcatcher ($25) is not only a refreshing drink, but also an eyeful to look at. Look closely and you’ll find specks of glitter floating inside. Pick your choice of with rum or without, and be sure to try this one-of-a-kind beverage when you’re here.
Here at Hana, you can now DIY your own maki. Whoever thought sushis were easy to make, think again because it is harder than it looks. It might get a little messy, but will definitely be worth the effort. It comes with a free flow of Japanese rice & crispy seaweed, so just let your imagination run wild!

The Smorgasbord #1 – $39
(Regular platter)
The Smorgasbord #2 – $39
A few of my favourites from this platter were the beef and soft shell crab.
The Smorgasbord #3 – $59
(Premium platter)

From afar, we actually thought these were Ice kachang or Bingsoos. Get ready to be impressed – Introducing the Hana donbowls:

For something simple yet delicious, we would recommend The Fish Don ($29) which has fresh Salmon with a touch of wasabi.

Alternatively, go for something that will ‘wow’ your tastebuds. The Premium fish don ($49) consists of fresh Minced toro, Overflowing ikura, Snow crab & Uni, on a bed of rice.

PS. They have a talented magician who won’t say no to showing you some tricks up his sleeves.

Hana Restaurant serves high quality Japanese food that are value for money. We like how they try to innovate their dishes which doesn't only wow the tastebuds, it wows the senses. After dining at Hana Restaurant, consider dropping by at Benjamin Browns just nearby for a dessert.

I have been browsing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all web owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be much more useful than ever before.
